Wall thickness: 0.05mm (SS), 0.08mm (copper), 0.1mm (aluminum). Tolerance: ±0.01mm. Draw ratio: up to 10:1 for aluminum. Can't achieve a small enough radius with standard stamping? We use multi-stage deep drawing for zero-gap fit. Surface finish matters? We specialize in #4 brushed SS and defect-free anodized aluminum.
