Anodizing (Type II & Type III)

Sandblasting

Uniform matte texture (Ra 0.8–3.2 μm) applied before anodizing for a premium frosted appearance. Eliminates draw lines and micro-scratches.

Silk-Screen Printing

Logo, text, and pattern printing directly on anodized or raw aluminum surfaces. Up to 4 colors. Suitable for cosmetic packaging and consumer electronics.

CNC Threading & Precision Machining

Post-draw CNC operations: M2–M12 threading, precision slots, and port drilling. Tolerance ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions.

PVD Coating
