WHY THIS ALLOY?

We run 5052-H32 and 3003-H14 coil stock at up to 300 spm on our high-speed progressive lines. Typical production run: 50,000–500,000 pcs/month. Tooling qualified to ±0.05 mm across all pierced features. Prototype-to-production on the same die — no geometry changes when you scale.

DFM for Aluminum Stamping — Preventing Springback and Burr Before It Happens

Aluminum's high ductility is its strength, but also its challenge in stamping. It is prone to springback on bends and burr formation at high speeds when clearances are incorrect. Our 20+ years of aluminum-specific tooling engineering means we calculate the correct die clearance, bend radius, and punch geometry before a single tool is cut. Every RFQ receives a free DFM review.
